We operate as project developers  – we want to help you to achieve your dream villa in the South of France as economically and as stress free as possible.

In order to do this we need to be able to stand in your shoes, which means we do not want to have any interest other than yours regarding which land is purchased, or builders employed etc.

We maintain a comprehensive database of plots of land within an area stretching from roughly north of Montpellier to Beziers – a region of lakes and rivers about 30 minutes from the Mediterranean coast.

We are based in Bize Minervois which is approximately 15 mins north of Narbonne.
