We are a business that operates in three main areas. They are ‘Build’, ‘Buy’ or ‘Restore’…. all within the Languedoc region.


Having a new build villa built for you really gives you everything you could want. From the view from the plot of land you choose, to the house specifically designed for you, and all with a 10-year guarantee, oh, and a new house has zero maintenance which is always a bonus.

The site contains some specimen plans of the sort of properties from the designs we currently have available. In addition to these, however, we have a team of architects who can easily adapt any of the designs to suit your requirements or initiate completely new concepts.

If a new build property is the property you want we currently have land available around the villages of Roubia, Ventenac Minervois, Pezenas and many more as well around the towns of Lezignan, Corbieres and Olonzac.

The prime building sites we have available are mostly vineyards and disused orchards on the outskirts of small wine villages and towns. The land cost at present time would start at 75,000 euros, including legal fees and stamp duty for approximately quarter of an acre. If you look at the map you can point to almost any area and we would have some sites close by, but we do avoid the coast as it is overdeveloped and overpriced.

It is fair to say that a three-bedroom single storey villa, with a pool and a plot of land of between a quarter and half an acre, can be delivered for approximately £275,000 – excluding legal expenses.

To fully appreciate all the projects and properties we have, an inspection trip is a must. We can arrange to meet at our offices from where we can view any houses, land etc.

In our experience, some clients make up their minds on the spot, whereas others prefer to think about it, in which case all the legal formalities concerning buying the plot can be done by proxy after you have returned home.

We can then take you on to the next stage of choosing a suitable villa, renovation or village house from the many we have at our disposal.
